All orders of standard items can be cancelled for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please check your items on delivery.
You must return items unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging that you received them with (with any labels still attached). You should use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Goods are returned to us at your cost. Please include a note to say whether you wish to have an exchange or refund.
Please note exemptions and exceptions to the standard returns procedure, where the following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable: personalised\customised items, perishable products (such as food), grooming products, large items of furniture which are custom made and custom homewares.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e, parts missing etc. will not be replaced or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is valid, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item with a value of over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
